Who is Jesus and why do I need Him?

God has a plan for all of us but we must first give our hearts to Jesus. God came to earth as Jesus to save us from our sins.

You may ask, “Am I a sinner?” And the answer is “YES.” God says in the Bible that “all have sinned” . Only God is perfect. So that means you need to be saved from your sin? God says “For the wages of sin is death.” 

The Good News is that God made a way to save us from our sins because He loves us. He loved me and sent His Son to take the punishment of death for my sin. God says in the Bible that “Christ died for our sins” He will do the same for you.

“For God so loved the world (and that means everybody) that He gave His only begotten Son (that’s Jesus) that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish (that’s hell) but have everlasting life (that’s heaven). John 3:16

There is only one way to be saved - and that is through Jesus.
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh to the Father but by me.” 

So what must you do to be saved? “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved . . .” 

“If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” 

Here is a prayer that you can pray right now:

Dear Lord Jesus, I am a sinner and I believe You died for my sins and that You rose again the third day and are in heaven right now. Please come into my heart and save me so I may go to heaven. I want to follow You from this moment on. Thank You Lord for saving my soul.

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
