For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

(Isaiah 9:6)

Dear Fellow Servants of the Most High GOD;

During this time of the year, as Followers of Christ, we seemingly find that the ears of many have been closed because of the ‘busyness’ of the Christmas season. That may be true in one sense however, there are many out in the public which means more opportunities to witness for Christ. There are so many changes in this life but, the one thing we all can count on is that our Lord Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrowPraise GOD for that. His word is the same and I pray that God softens the hearts and opens the ears to those who do not know Him on a personal basis (those without Christ).  As Christians, we must never stop telling the glorious gospel story.

As Christmas is soon upon us, I pray God will give us strength, wisdom, and guidance to preach the gospel to the lost and dying in this world. If every "Christian" in the United States alone, would move to win one soul for Christ this month, we could be a part of solving a lot of problems in the world. That is my thought. On a personal note, I have read this in God’s word, the Bible, that “one man shall chase a thousand” (Jos 23:10) and I believe that we can still have a revival in this country ' if ' God’s people pray for that. (2 Chron 7:14) If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their landGod said it and I believe it.  I believe God is still in control (of course as you do) and that He is waiting to hear from us.

Each of us have different ministries but all have the same goal. Jesus said, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mk 16:15).  I am thankful for all of the wonderful ministries on this earth that focus on this goal.  We all have gleaned from each other's ministries for Christ.  God also wants us to read His word daily and to get closer to Him.  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth (2 Tim 2:15).  Reading and studying His word will help us to advance His Kingdom.

Christians, please join me this coming year in the reading of the entire Bible - Genesis through Revelation.  You will find that it is not that difficult but you must set aside time to do so.  Perhaps 30 minutes to an hour per day.  Then you can say that "I have read 66 Books this year."  After you complete His word you will find that you will want to read it again and again.  You will also understand how incredible this book really is, year after year.  As in the verse from Isaiah 9:6, For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.  This event was prophesised more than 700 years before our Lord Jesus came to earth to be born a 'man.'  No other book has been proven to be so accurate, truthful and meaningful.  I find it amazing each time I have read that verse over the decades.  Oh what a Savior!!

I pray for all reading this, protection, boldness, and wisdom this coming year and to continue telling all you can regarding the 'gospel of Christ.  "Just tell 'em about Jesus!"   Let us continue to look for the Savior but while we look, let's pray for each other for strength and to stay busy for Jesus Christ.  GOD will actually honor us for that.  Blessings on all and your families this Christmas and the upcoming New Year.

If any man serve Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there shall also My servant be:

if any man serve Me, him will my Father honour (John 12:26).
