“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints”  (1 Cor 14:33).

Confusion: a situation or state of panic or disorder

Many lives today are filled with confusion and emotional difficulty. Most of us as Christians, know exactly what is going on around us. Multitudes are clueless. Why, one may ask?  One reason is because their hearts and minds have been darkened.  A lot of folks refuse to trust Jesus and many are simply living for themselves hoping things will improve.  They are looking to the ‘world’ and ‘politicians’ for answers, but the Bible says to trust God (Pro 3:4-6).

○ Government corruption and extreme acts against its citizens including trickery and fraud

○ Churches splitting over societal issues and abominable leadership.

Dozens Arrested as Portland Riots Continue - The Ohio Star○ School systems being indoctrinated with and promotion of un-Godly, filthy lifestyles, even forcing children to question their own sex.   Many Godless teachers pushing these agendas.

Families being torn apart via alcohol, drugs, government rules, lifestyles, envy, fear, etc.

The name of God has been removed from most all government institutions which include universities and public school buildings.  Weak Christians are afraid to speak the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, in public.

○  Crime in the streets and violence, hatred and mistrust is rampant throughout the world.

As believers, we know what is going on.

"Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:" (Eph 4:18).

But also, as believers, we are not confused.   We have Jesus. “. . . I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you” (John 15:19).

The world is in disorder but Jesus said it will be that way toward the end. “And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places” (Matt 24:6-7).

Let us continue to trust Him. “be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord” (1 Cor 15:58).

Still don’t understand?

“Seek ye the LORD while he may be found,

call ye upon him while he is near:”

(Isaiah 55:6).

“Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved”

(Rom 10:13).
