"If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, and old things are passed away, behold, are things are become new.”    (2 Cor 5:17)

There are numerous things in my life that I am thankful for. The most important thing I feel is that I am thankful for salvation. God gave it to all of us to be saved. "If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature, and old things are passed away, behold, are things are become new.” (2 Cor 5:17)

I am also thankful for the Spirit He gave me, and the promise of the comforter. "When the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me." (John 15:26)

AND

John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you." (John 14:26)

I have grown greatly in the word that our Lord has taught me, also as to how to walk in the Spirit with the words that he puts into my heart. Through my life's journey of walking with the Lord, I have gained knowledge of His word and will strive to continue to learn more. I know that He will put his words into my heart for my learning however, I have to listen to His word and be in obedience. I am also thankful for the relationship that I have with Christ.

Without a relationship, you will not know God, nor God know you. In Matthew 25:1-12, The Bible talks about the ten virgins. Five were wise and five were foolish. You do not want to be like the five foolish because the Lord said "Verily I say unto you, I know you not." (Matt 25:12)
