The Devil Owns the Fence

“If the LORD be God, follow Him: but if Baal, then follow him. . .”
(1 Kings 18:21)
It’s your choice.
Man: “I’m saved, so I don’t have to fellowship with anyone.”
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Heb 10:25)
Man: “I believe in God. I swear! Me and the Big Guy are pals. But I don’t have to prove it by talking about Him every minute of the day.”
“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” (James 2:19)
"And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD." (Lev 19:12)
Jesus said “He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.” (Matt 12:30)
Man: “So I don’t go to church often and break a few commandments once in a while. What’s the big deal? I’m free to live however I choose.”
[ Jesus said this] “So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.” (Rev 3:16)
Man: “I admit it. I’ll have a beer and watch a movie or play video games occasionally. Yeah, I know there’s sex and bad language, but it’s not me doing that. It’s the actors. It's the way the world is now. What’s your problem with me?”
“Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,” (2 Cor 6:17)
Man: “I’m busy everyday. I said some words one time and was baptized in a church as a kid so I’m forgiven. God knows that I'm going to heaven.”
“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?” (2 Cor 13:5)
Friend: In simple terms you may be “riding the fence.” Did you know that satan owns the fence you are sitting on? If you are riding that fence, you belong to him.
You can’t have it both ways.
You are on one side or the other.
Choose what side of the fence you want to be on.
“ . . . choose you this day whom ye will serve . . . . but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Josh 24:15)
You may disagree with this message, but we simply want to encourage you to read God's word and examine your own walk with Christ. Friend, we care for you dearly. So IF you are a saved person, your desire should be to come out of the world (2 Cor 6:17) before Jesus comes back to get His own. Are you willing to do that? (1 Thess 4:16-17)
Prepare yourself, He is coming soon.
Perhaps you've been living as a counterfeit (2 Cor 13:5). Have you thought about that? If that is possibly the case, Receive Jesus right now where you sit and start living for HIM. (John 1:12) (Rom 10:9-10)
