EVIL ALL AROUND

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink: Isa 5:20-22
Why is all of this hatred and violence going on all around us these days? (2 Tim 3:1-5). Evil acts are being committed exponentially every day and week. The media, television and the newspapers (large and small), are printing stories unheard of fifty years ago, and even though most television news programs are very selective what they air, all of us know that violence and evil is increasing daily. Many are now portraying incidents and actions that God hates, as 'good' and replacing “goodness” as "evil" (Pro 6:16-19). Many Politicians are even legislating 'evil' from their thrones - men and women.
We are "in God's face" continually in these times!
Here are just "two" examples of many
Example One: In the U.S. alone, there have been 61 million children murdered in the womb since 1973. Since 1970 a group called Planned Parenthood has killed 8.5 million babies. All in the name of “women’s rights”. They have the right to kill the most innocent in our society by saying “it’s my body and I can do with it what I want”. Promoted by actresses and sweet women in the media and Hollywood, the daily killing of children is a “Good Thing” and a “Right Thing” to do. Woe to them that call evil good and good evil! (Isa 5:20) These lovely women (and gutless, irresponsible men), are leading multitudes down the ‘primrose path’ of destruction – let alone killing the most innocent of all of our citizens, ‘the unborn’. Now even at the point of birth. “God Intervene !!” They are setting Un-Godly examples for the young and the uninformed (or ignorant people). Our nation (and the world) is "in God's face".
Example Two: On June 25, 1962, the United States Supreme Court decided in Engel v. Vitale that a prayer approved by the New York Board of Regents for use in schools violated the First Amendment because it represented establishment of religion. Prayer has been removed from the public school system and our public educational system is in shambles with violence and blasphemous behavior throughout the nation’s schools. A child can bring a Bible to school (yes, that’s right) but a teacher cannot. I thank God for those educators who are bold enough to teach children Biblical principals by other secretive means. May God bless them and protect all who stand up for our Lord Jesus Christ, in the classroom.
Satan has transformed himself as an ‘angel of light' (2 Cor 11:14). We see beautiful people all around us giving us advice of how to act, how to behave, what we should speak, what we should 
wear, what we should eat, and generally, how to live - basically telling us what is evil and what is right. One radio announcer called it “psycho-babble,” and that fits well. Hollywood has portrayed “evil” as a dragon-looking creature and has filled society with these ‘beings or critters,’ so movie viewers may be entertained by them and they'll make more money. It has also portrayed Christian families as "evil" when they want to protect their children from sexual predators (i.e. keeping men from using womans' bathrooms and trying to keep their children and grandchildren from people living perverted lifestyles). Hollywood also shows us that chosen, or selected, beautiful, young people are brilliant, knowledgeable and wise. They seem to have all the answers. But Jesus said we shall know them by their fruits the Bible reads (Matt 7:20).
How can such a beautiful individual be evil? So many have become indoctrinated to a point where they do not recognize one who represents "evil". Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! (Isa 5:21). Most of these celebrities are "puppets of the satan". Simple as that. They proclaim a false doctrine and calling "evil, good" and "good, evil". Most have removed God’s authority over their lives and replaced it with what is “right in their own eyes”. And God has given many up to their own “vile affections” (Must Read Romans 1:21-32). The LORD knows the hearts of men (Mark 7:20-23). God is not mocked, they’ll reap what they sow (Gal 6:7)
A picture of evil is not what most people think. That devil, satan, is working overtime all around us, presenting evil as an angel of light. Our only help is from God. Jesus said, “The thief (meaning the devil) cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). If we belong to Jesus, He becomes our Helper (Heb 13:6) and we will not fear what man can do unto us. For those of us who are saved and secure in Christ (John 12:26), we must trust God’s word; the Bible, and put on the “armor of God” (Eph 6:11) to stay protected from the evil all around us in this wicked world. The devil (satan) is the father of liars even since the Garden of Eden (John 8:44). He is an expert deceiver. The Bible will tell us what is right or good and what is evil. It's His instruction book to us. Christians have to read it though. Most don't.
Born Again Believers, let us never falter but remain steadfast in the servitude of the Lord. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord (1 Cor 15:58). Let us preach the word, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine (2 Tim 4:2). We must call out "evil" and let all know the truth.
For those of you who trust the world with all your substance and being: Consider these verses.
• For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (Rom 3:23).
• For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life (John 3:16)
• He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God (John 3:18).
• Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me (John 14:6).
Come out of this evil world and call upon the name of the Lord
(Rom 10:13).
He will save you. He will help you.
