BY FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS

“Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” (Gal 3:24-26)
In our Bible, the word ‘faith’ shows up 247 times (KJV) so it is a very important word. “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Heb 11:6)
Many are still trying to work their way into heaven and even though ‘good deeds’ are admirable, it won’t take you there. The Bible mentions ‘faith’ as our vehicle to the Glory Land. We must have Faith in Christ’s blood sacrifice (atonement) for our sins. He has already paid the price for our sins if we receive and follow Him. (Jn 1:12) (Jn 12:26)
The Bible makes it very clear that we are justified by faith. "Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.” (Rom 3:27-28)
Here is another verse regarding faith. These words are spoken from the mouth of our Lord and Savior. “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.” (Mark 11:22)
These following two verses regarding faith, should explain the importance of trusting God’s word. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Eph 2:8-9) We are saved by God’s grace through our faith. My friends, please ‘read it and heed it.’ Trust in the Lord. (Pro 3:5)
When the man with the palsy was let down into the house from the roof top, Jesus said this. “And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.” (Lk 5:20)
Man, have faith.
